Pain Management

We understand that every patient is unique. Just as there are many differences in people, there are also many differences in therapies available to treat pain. In order to achieve the best possible results we match the treatment plan and therapy to the patient and their pain diagnosis. All pharmacologic therapies have side effects; somnolence, fatigue, depression, kidney dysfunction, liver dysfunction, gastric irritation, urticaria & addiction to name a few. It is always our primary goal to utilize a combination of therapies in attempt to minimize the daily amount of drug required to control the disease.

As of October 6, 2014  Medication Compounds that contain HYDROCODONE have been rescheduled by the DEA as Class II Narcotics. All patients must have a urine drug evaluation and a signed pain management / opioid contract on file prior to receiving these medications. Prescriptions may not be called in to the pharmacy. No prescription can exceed a 30 day supply. No prescrption will be refilled prior tho having a medical evaluation.
