As of October 6,2014  Medication Compounds that contain HYDROCODONE (VICODIN - NORCO - LORTAB - BOCA - HYCODAN) have been rescheduled by the DEA as Class II Narcotics. All patients must have a urine drug evaluation and a signed pain management / opioid contract on file prior to receiving these medications. Prescriptions may not be called in to the pharmacy. No prescription can exceed a 30 day supply. No prescription will be refilled prior to having a medical evaluation.
